I wish I would get better at volleyball. I hope club volleyball will make me really good. I NEED to get better. At this point, I'm no good. I wish I would have enough strength to balance this with school & work really, really hard.

I wish for straight As this year (and all my years of high school). Especially in Math. I'm working so hard, but sometimes I can't do it. I wish I could be less depressed about school. I feel like I need to cry nearly every day, because I'm just not GOOD enough, even when I try hard. I wish I would be able to balance volleyball practices/games with studying. I wish I would be able to do all the clubs I want to do. I wish this would come true ASAP.

I wish I would make my school's girls' varsity volleyball team this year. I've been working so hard this summer, and this is the first sport I really love. I'm so nervous for tryouts tomorrow. Even though I'll only be a freshman, I really hope I make the varsity team. I hope I won't mess up tomorrow at tryouts. I'll give it my all, and hopefully, that will be enough.
