I suck at this losing weight stuff.  I last like 2 or 3 days and then I give up. I find some reason to eat something bad and then I give up. And then I’ve just been eating worse and worse things. I didn’t even eat the vegetables I made for dinner. I instead bought a cinnamon bun. Why? Who knows. I wasn’t hungry. I really suck at this.
Anyways. I suck at this, but I hope that everyone else is doing great. Good luck!

The thing is that if you eat junk food the problem appears when you are about to eat to much of this kind of "food", but i must say that even if you eat healthy home cooked meals, if there's too much eating you will eventualy gain the unwanted kilos. The cause-efect secret about loosing weight is this one: if you eat too much you have to do much more physical effort, but if you are sedentary you have to eat a little less than a normal person does on a day, and if you it less and do you do some physical effort  as well, you will definitely loose weight!

Hey there...just thought that I would send some words of encouragement.  If you want it bad enough, you will succeed, I know that this saying doesn't really imply to a lot of things in life, but a few years ago I went from being a slim/trim athletic teenager, then a gained 20 kgs in next to no time...and I hated it, I come from a really weight conscious family, and I got crap about it everyday.  However, bit by bit I lost weight, I didn't do any diets, just eventually I got sick of seeing what I saw in the mirror...so bit by bit I lost the 20 kg's.  It wasn't just about image, it was about self esteem and being happy...well I just wanted to wish you well there.  Truly. Sorry for blabbing on about myself, just wanted to let you know, that it takes a while sometimes and it's a slow process, some people have this ability to go on crash diets and look fantastic in such a short time, but one thing is that I eat properly and healthy now and I've kept it off, and I don't think that crash diets are the way to go really...but you'll get there, just take it as one day at a time ;) good luck
